This site is run by Speedy Plumbing & Drain Ltd, which trades as Speedy Plumbing & Drain. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 17293094, at Flat 1, 24 Burleigh St, Cambridge CB1 1DG.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, ring us on 01223 482415 instead and we will take it from there.

The information on this site is general. It describes the kind of work we do and how we go about it. It is not advice about your particular property, your pipework or your drains, and nobody has looked at them.

So do not act on a page here as though a plumber had seen the job. Ring us, describe what is happening, and you get an answer about your house rather than about houses in general.

Some pictures on this site are representative and do not show our own jobs. Every photo and clip on our work page is from our own jobs.

The price is agreed before we start

Nothing on this site is a quote, an estimate or an offer to do work at a stated figure. The price for any job is the one agreed with you before work starts, and it is agreed with you and not on this page.

12-month guarantee on our workmanship. Materials are covered by their own maker's warranty.

It sits on top of your rights under consumer law and takes nothing away from them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

You pay for the work once it is finished. Cash, card or bank transfer. The price is the one you agreed before we started. The £49 call-out fee is applied.

This site takes no payment and holds no card details. Nothing is paid through these pages.

A photo is used to understand and price the job, and for nothing else. It stays yours. Sending one gives us permission to look at it, pass it to the plumber who will do the work and keep it with your booking.

They are agreed with you directly, before work starts. When we come, what is included, what happens if you need to move the day, what we do if the job turns out to be something else: all of it is settled with you on the phone or on site.

This website does not set any of it, and nothing on it should be read as a term of your job.

The words, the layout, the photographs and the video on this site are ours. You are welcome to read them, print a page and send a link to anyone.

Do not copy the content onto another website, into a listing or into your own marketing. The job photographs are of our own work and are not stock pictures to be reused.

A few links here go somewhere we do not run. WhatsApp is the obvious one. We have no control over those sites and we are not responsible for what they do with your visit or what they show you.

We keep this site up as much as we can, but we do not promise it is always available. Pages can be down for maintenance, a form can fail, and a hosting fault can take the whole thing off the air for a while.

If that happens, ring us on 01223 482415. The number works whether or not the website does.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute about them, or about your use of this site, goes to the courts of England and Wales.

We may change these terms when the site changes. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading.

Ring us, message us on WhatsApp, or email us. A plumber answers the phone, day or night. The person who answers is the person who comes. The phone is still the fastest way to get an answer about a job.
