The scope
What it covers, and what it does not.
What it covers
- Faults directly caused by our workmanship on all work we carry out, unless otherwise stated.
- 12 months starting the day the job is done.
- Hot water cylinder work is covered on the same terms.
- We inspect and put it right when the fault is down to the way we did the work.
What it does not
- Normal wear and tear and faults that were already there.
- Misuse or accidental damage.
- Manufacturer defects. Materials are covered by their own maker's warranty.
- Parts you supplied yourself and asked us to fit.
- Recurring drain blockages.
- Work altered or repaired by another person or contractor.
12-Month Workmanship Guarantee
All work carried out by Speedy Plumbing & Drain Ltd is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee, unless otherwise stated.
The guarantee covers faults directly caused by our workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, pre-existing faults, misuse, accidental damage, manufacturer defects, customer-supplied parts, recurring drain blockages, or work altered or repaired by another person or contractor.
If you believe there is an issue with our work, please contact us first and allow us the opportunity to inspect and rectify the problem.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
The price is agreed before we start No extra charge at night or weekends.

Ring us or message us on WhatsApp before anyone else touches the work. Have your invoice to hand and tell us what has happened.
We inspect it
We book you in and a plumber looks at the work. A photo on WhatsApp beforehand helps.
We put it right
If the fault was caused by our workmanship, we rectify it.

Fully insured, every plumber and every job. Every job is carried out safely, to standard, and tested before we leave.
You pay for the work once it is finished. Cash, card or bank transfer. The price is the one you agreed before we started. The £49 call-out fee is applied.
