- £49 call-out fee including VAT. The plumber quotes on site before any work begins, or from a photo you send on WhatsApp, which is free.
- Any hidden fees?
- None. The £49 call-out fee is the only charge before the work. No extra charge at night or weekends. Nothing changes without your say-so. If the unit turns out to need replacing, you hear that before anything else happens.
- Who answers the phone?
- A plumber answers the phone, day or night. Not a call centre. The person who answers is the person who comes.
- Are you insured?
- Fully insured, every plumber and every job. Every job is carried out safely, to standard, and your unit is run and tested before we leave.
