- £49 call-out fee including VAT. The full price of the clean, including any descaling, is quoted on site before work starts.

- None. The £49 call-out fee is the only charge before the work. No extra charge at night or weekends. Nothing changes without your say-so. If the run needs more than a clean, we tell you before we do it.
- Who answers the phone?
- A plumber answers the phone, day or night. Not a call centre. The person who answers is the person who comes.
- Are you insured?
- Fully insured, every plumber and every job. Every job is carried out safely, to standard, and the run is flow tested before we leave.
