- £49 call-out fee including VAT. The full price, including any camera survey or repair, is quoted on site before work starts.

- None. The £49 call-out fee is the only charge before the work. No extra charge at night or weekends. Nothing changes without your say-so. If the blockage turns out to be something bigger, we stop and tell you first.
- Who answers the phone?
